Value Of Life Depends On Your Nationality...!!!!

We are all familiar with the Bhopal gas tragedy, but there are some less known facts that are shocking and frustrating....
*Warren Anderson the chairman Of UCL, USA absconded to USA and refused to return, he is declared absconded by Indian Court and living free and normal life in USA.
*Mr. Anderson was aware of the security loop holes and hazards, he fixed the same in similar plant in USA and not in India.and the safety systems were switched off to save money.
*70% of the plant's employees were fined before the disaster for refusing to deviate from the proper safety regulations under pressure from management
* Company did not tell the composition of poisonous gas when the victims were dying and suffering because it was there 'Trade Secret' , and there trade secret stands till date.
*survivors got 500$ compensation each (At max)
*The poisonous matter abandoned in the factory is still seeping in the water table of bhopal.
*The guilty were fined $2000 each and were in prison for 2 years.

   why are we so weak nation, which has loop craters in its baba aadam aged statutes, why we cant force any other nation for what is right, why we cannot seek justice after 26 years from the country which raids the Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq without any sound reason to do so, What is the reason that Anderson is roaming on the American streets fearlessly when it is proves that the situations in the company were highly unethical and not proper, when the FBI team can come to India without any notice to interrogate Kasab in solitude for hours. There are 25,000+ reported deaths and thousands are victimized, but the cost of Indian Life is so low that most of us are unaware of the tragic event, an American can wander round the globe because they know that the American government will raid the globe for one single person, and its a promise(and the USA gov keeps that) that any of the American soldier is kept as POW they will get him back at any cost, if dead each and every soldier's remains will be back.....What does a Indian Soldier get after all the dedication..?? his widow has to struggle to get pension from the govt. babus. We are victimized by our own nationals and system more then anything else, we cant do anything on the Kashmir issue. Bhopal Gas Event is the 2nd biggest example that Indian think tank and diplomats are good for nothing and a nation India is timid and weak, easily petrified by even lesser powerful nations. 

Bhopal people am sorry to say but forget that you will get any justice, your generations will suffer, god bless you.....Jai ho
